The subject property is an improved one-story office building that was constructed in 1988 and contains 4,000 square feet of gross building area.  There are presently two separate nearly equally sized office suites with individual entrances from a common entrance hallway.  Each suite has about 1,940 sq. ft.  The building faces the north side of E.
