After proudly serving the Shreve community for several years, Sweethaven Grocery, formerly Scheck’s IGA, has closed and the building is under contract to be sold. The contents of the business will now be offered at public auction, featuring a large assortment of commercial kitchen and deli equipment along with many additional grocery and store-related items. The equipment and contents have been well maintained, with much of it having seen only a few years of use. Highlights include 12 freezers, including glass-front and chest freezers in a variety of sizes, deli cases, meat slicers, an older meat saw, deep fryers, Piqua Series 40 cardboard baler, Advance SC750 floor scrubber, stainless steel tables, a large assortment of display racks and shelving, shopping carts, an older Hobart stand mixer, Hobart meat cuber, a variety of cookware, and MUCH more!

* Buyer is responsible for removal and loading of ALL items except the compressors for the two coolers (lots 41 & 120). To help load the compressors, a crane will be available during the 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM pickup time on Wednesday, April 15^th ONLY. The freon has been removed and the power has been disconnected from the compressors, but the buyer is responsible to disconnect the compressor from the roof and then will have crane assistance to remove it from the roof.
